Question 1

Do we have to use your vendors?

Accepted Answer

No. Bring whoever you want. We keep a list of people we work with often and we are happy to share it, but it is a suggestion, not a rule.

Question 2

How far ahead should we book?

Accepted Answer

We can hold a date with as little as one week of notice when it is open. Popular Saturdays go months ahead, so ask early if you have one in mind. Either way, call and we will check the calendar with you.

Question 3

How early can our vendors get in?

Accepted Answer

When the calendar allows, setup can start the day before and teardown can run the day after. Your exact window is written into the contract, so nobody finds out on the day how long they have.

Question 4

Is the room too big for a small party?

Accepted Answer

It divides. For smaller groups we close off a portion with drapery and the room reads full instead of empty. We will show you that setup when you visit.

Question 5

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

A ten percent deposit holds your date. The balance is due two months before the event. We take cash, debit, credit, checks, CashApp and Zelle. Prices carry Texas sales tax of 8.25 percent and an 18 percent service charge, and you see both on the quote.

Question 6

What if we have to cancel?

Accepted Answer

The cancellation policy is in the contract, in plain language, before you sign. Every payment you make gets a receipt the same day.
